I established Majoyo in 2019 after working in a variety of roles in financial services and information technology. I’ve had the pleasure of engaging with UK and global clients in a wide range of market sectors, from apprentice & junior levels to Board/CxO.
Throughout my career, engaging with people and helping them to succeed has been at the core of what I do. It matters to me deeply that everyone is afforded the opportunity to flourish and grow in whatever they choose to do. People matter.
Outside of work I am a Community Steering Group member for the UK’s first purpose-built LGBTQ+ majority Extra Care housing scheme being created in Manchester. I also volunteer for Diversity Role Models to combat bullying in schools, and am a Call Companion for Re-Engage to reduce isolation for older people.
I’m available as a guest speaker and have recently worked with Skill Boosters (contributing to their online training on Sexual Orientation and the Equality Act) and District Heating Divas as part of their Connecting Women in District Heat conference.
I have a consultative and partnership style, working alongside you to understand what you need, within your budget and timescales. I’m straightforward about what is possible, and equally comfortable working alone or in conjunction with your teams and partner organisations. My aim is always to leave you at the end of my engagement feeling confident and equipped for the next stage of your journey.
